Who We Are
The Visit San Antonio River Walk Department is a small but passionate team dedicated to bringing our community’s rich culture to life through 25+ events every year. From vibrant parades to festive celebrations, we create experiences that unite locals and visitors in the heart of San Antonio. Our team of five is committed to elevating these events, but they simply wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of volunteers like you. We’re building a community of volunteers who help us make each event a success, and we can’t do it without you.
What We Do
The Pride River Parade and Celebration honors Pride Month by bringing the community together for a vibrant festival along Villita Way. With a lively vendor market and events at the Arneson River Theatre, there’s no shortage of joy and connection. Volunteers are the heartbeat of this celebration, playing a crucial role in engaging the crowd, leading games between stage sets, and passing out goodies. Your energy and involvement make this event unforgettable for everyone who attends.
