| Inclement Weather Plan: All of our events have an outdoor element as we celebrate along the River Walk, and they take place rain or shine. While there may be occasional delays due to weather, the likelihood of a canceled event is very slim. Events are only canceled in cases of severe weather, such as strong winds or heavy rain, that make operations unsafe. If inclement weather is expected, I will reach out via email with updates leading up to the event. However, if you don’t hear from me, everything is proceeding as planned.
