Help us transform the festival area into a beautiful space for our Pride River Parade celebration! Volunteers will assist with decorating the Arneson River Theatre and surrounding festival grounds to make it vibrant, welcoming, and full of Pride spirit. We’ll set up as much as we can in advance to save time on event day—this includes prepping stations, organizing supplies, placing décor, and getting everything parade-ready.
If you’re signed up to help during the parade, this is also a great chance to learn the ropes. Makayla will be available to train anyone interested in operating the point-of-sale system and answer questions about parade-day logistics.
This shift is perfect for volunteers who enjoy hands-on creative work and want to be part of the behind-the-scenes fun that makes our events shine.

- Paid parking validation is provided! Please park at the Hyatt Regency Garage located at 110 Losoya St.
- You’ll receive validation from our team on-site.
- We’ll also escort you to your volunteer location as needed.
