Holiday Chair Labelers - Parade Day, Restaurant Row

Be part of the final touch before the parade begins. On the morning of the parade, we need your help labeling chairs along Restaurant Row—one of the most highly trafficked and visible areas of the entire River Walk. Because this section stays busy until the last moment, we save labeling here for event morning. You’ll work alongside a small team, guided by a group leader, to place stickers on the 1st, every 5th, and last chair in each row so guests can easily find their assigned seats. This quick but important task helps ensure a smooth and organized experience for hundreds of attendees in one of the busiest parts of our venue. It’s a high-impact way to start the day and play a key role in bringing the event to life just before the magic begins.
